Which areas are you able to supply to?
We supply to the UK mainland except the Highlands and Northern Ireland. We have been using a National Courier for over 4 years who has always been reliable.

How can I get a quote and / or make a booking.
Click on the Calculate my quote field and enter your details. The system will automatically generate a quotation for you once all the fields have been filled in. You can also reserve your order/date by using the same fields if you wish.

What type of chair covers do you supply?
We supply High Quality Lycra Chair Covers which fit most types or armless conference, Banquet, Marquee, Village Hall, and School chairs

The advantage of Lycra Covers is that they do not need Ironing and will be crease free when fitted to your chairs. As they stretch to fit most styles of chairs there should be no issues with the fit of the covers on your special day.

Do you Launder your Covers in House?
All of our covers are laundered in our own custom fitted unit using our State of the Art Industrial Washing and Drying machines. Our staff check each cover to check that they are stain free and ready for use and count these into clean boxes before they are dispatched.

Can you fit the Covers?
Unfortunately in order to keep our costs as competitive as possible we do not offer a fitting service for this type of mail order product. From experience it will take 2 people approximately 2 hours to fit 100 covers, obviously the more people who can help you the quicker it will be.

Some venues will offer a fitting service as part of their Wedding package or may charge you a small amount for this service.

Can you supply Samples?
We do offer a sample service and although our covers fit most chairs we would recommend that you use this service. Please go to the Order a sample field on the home page and follow the on screen instructions.

If you subsequently order the sample cost is refunded. If you do not decide to place an order a £6.00 charge for the postage and handling is deducted from the original sample cost when the sample is returned to us.

How much do you charge for delivery and collection?
We try to keep the courier fees as low as possible, when you click on calculate my quote this will be shown at this stage. If you live within reach of our base in Milton Keynes you are quite welcome to collect these yourself to save the carriage cost.

When do we receive the Chair Covers and when do they have to be returned by?
We deliver the covers and sashes to fit in with your timescales where possible but this is generally either one or two days before your event between 9am and 4pm. If you event is on a Saturday, we can deliver the chair covers on either the Thursday or the Friday before. Deliveries can be made to your home address or directly to the venue, whichever is the most convenient for you. Collection is on the next working day after your event, so for example if the event is on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the chair covers will be collected on the Monday following between 9am and 4pm by our courier.
